Free delivery

Delivery is free in Belgium with the Bpost service. From the moment your package is sent, it will be delivered to you within 2-3 days. The delivery time is only given as an estimate as it depends upon the good receipt of your payment.


You will receive an email detailing your order number, the goods ordered, your delivery address and the mode of delivery. Your order number will allow you to track your package on by logging into My account/My profile/My orders. We invite you to examine your order upon delivery to ensure that it is not damaged and to check its compliance with the goods you ordered. In the event of an anomaly with your order, please contact us within 48 hours at You can also send us an email if your order has still not been delivered to you within 15 working days from the estimated delivery date.


A delivery note detailing your order will be included in your package. We advise you to keep it in a safe place in case you want to exchange or return your articles.

Return/Exchange policy

Upon receiving your order you have 15 working days to inform us of your wish to return an item. Beyond this time, the articles you want to return will neither be taken back nor reimbursed.


To qualify for a return and thus an exchange or a refund: items must be returned in their original packaging and state, with the delivery note that you received with your package and by email. If possible, please specify the reason why you wish to return your order (wrong size, defective product, …).


We will reimburse you the postal charges linked to the return of your order in case of non-compliance or if there is a mistake on our part. However, in any other case, those costs will be at your own expense.

How to apply for a return on our website?


Go to My account/My returns and follow the steps. Then slip the delivery note that you received with your order in your package and specify which items you are returning. Finally, simply put the shipping label that you will have printed beforehand on your package — and it's ready to go!


Beseason agrees to exchange your article for free within the limits of the stock available and if the return conditions are met. However, please note that the postal charges linked to the return and re-exportation of the articles will be at your own expense.


The exchange of articles will be accepted if the return conditions are met. Beseason will judge whether the returned articles are in perfect condition before granting or refusing the exchange.


If the return/exchange is refused, the articles will be sent back to the client. The return fees will thus be at your own expense.


Reimbursement is not possible on an item already exchanged. You can only make a request for a free exchange once per order.
